* Express Post shipping is provided on all orders, so you can still get your watch delivered in time for Christmas. Message us below with any questions and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


All transactions are processed in AUD$.

We accept the following forms of payment:

Buy now, pay later with Afterpay - Australia's largest online payment-plan system.  The total cost of any purchase is divided into four easy interest-free fortnightly payments, with reminder emails to help you stay on top of your money. 


We accept all major Credit / Debit Cards, through our secure online payment system.



We offer free Australia Post Express Shipping throughout Australia (2-4 business days inc. processing time).

We do our very best to ensure all our customers receive their products as swiftly as possible. Please be aware that postage time can vary, however, depending on external factors outside of our influence.

Please note that public holidays can affect Australia Post's delivery time-frames, whilst customers outside of express post zones may receive items slightly later than those within metropolitan areas.

For added peace of mind, we offer Signature on Delivery for a small additional fee, as we cannot be held responsible in the rare event that an item is lost once delivered.  In such cases we would of course do everything within our power to assist our customers follow up with Australia Post.


Time Watches Australia offer refunds for damaged or faulty goods only, whilst we offer a one-year mechanical parts guarantee from the date of purchase for your peace of mind.  In such instances, your item will be repaired and sent out to you at no cost.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for watches that are damaged once delivered, or to customers who change their mind as to an order the next working day / once the item has been dispatched. If an item is damaged or deemed to be faulty upon being received, we must be informed within two working days of confirmed delivery.

Should you have made an error / ordered an incorrect watch model, we kindly request that you please email or message us using the contact button below immediately to advise us, so that we can amend your order accordingly.
